Is working! I studied the IR commands on an old Insignia TV
Does what it's supposed to! Programmed to allow Alexa to turn my old Insignia TV on and off. Also tested to change channels with Comcast. It works but it's a bit of a hassle, I just use the Comcast language instead. I've manually taught my remote to the device and it's great. This means that if you have an IR remote control for any device, it can be learned by that device.
