I bought these for rinsing quinoa based on reviews and they worked really well! Maybe a grain or two fell out, but there's definitely nothing to complain about. I like that the bottom is quite wide which makes them very sturdy to put a whole pot of pasta in. They are made of flexible wire. So if you have toddlers who like to climb into kitchen cabinets, keep them out of reach as a child will likely bend them and pull out the support wires. I'm not speaking from experience or anything. But thankfully the support wires are strong and you can easily reconnect them.
