I like that it's easy to track points from different channels as well as create campaigns for specific promotions - such as back-to-school. It's very user friendly and has no learning curve for new users. There is not much customization available. I would recommend signing up for training if you're just getting started with this software - we were completely unaware of how many features there are until after we signed up! We have been able to build out our database quickly and easily! This is also helping us learn more about what types of incentives consumers prefer during certain seasons, which helps inform future marketing strategies. Tracking point usage in real time. They are very helpful in taking care of our incentives account which is great because we can focus more time to other areas with my business! Sometimes it's hard for them sometimes they need some help but overall I think their customer service has been excellent so far - really happy that we found this platform as being able to manage an accounts like ours was getting too complicated without having someone fully dedicated full-time.
