Powerless Online Store: QTEATAK

Sadly, QTEATAK did not live up to my expectations as an online retailer for my electronic requirements. Their website is challenging to use, and the product details made me feel helpless. The search function was useless, and I was unable to locate the information I was looking for. When I did make an order, I was dissatisfied with the products' quality. The chargers took forever to fully charge my devices, and the batteries I bought were weak and soon ran out of power. They appeared to be propelled by hamsters on wheels rather than electricity. The worst aspect was their uninspiring and unhelpful customer service staff. They made the process of returning a defective item so challenging that I eventually gave up. I'm a cheerful person, so I think there's always a means to make things better. But QTEATAK left me feeling unmotivated and helpless. I advise you to seek elsewhere if you're looking for an online retailer who can supply your electronic needs.

Pros
  • a simple and secure online purchasing process
Cons
  • Products' Limited Guarantee
