I love that it is easy for me as an individual researcher or marketer who isn't tech-savvy at all (I'm not even sure what "tech" means anymore) can use this product with ease! It's also great because you are able to customize your own searches if there aren' t any prebuilt ones available in their library of databases/searches which would be helpful when trying new things out without having access right away like other products do sometimes allow. The only thing i dislike about considderd r so far has been its price point - but they have said multiple times over email communication we've had together since signing up last year how much more features will come down soon enough once those costs drop off from being paid by volume users such as myself instead of paying per user individually each month.
