Incomplete: Starter

Bought this starter because it had to contain a long screw. My 1999 Silverado has a long screw and a short screw, so I needed a long screw to install it since two long screws are required. However, it arrived without the screw that was supposed to be supplied. So I'm sending it back and ordering another starter.
