Fits and works but quality won't be known for a few years. For those having problems with the idler pulley, you'll need to discard the original dust cover (giant pulley thingy) because the instructions say the new idler pulley doesn't need a dust cover. I like the idea of one person simply replacing the bearing in the old pulley with the bearing in the new pulley. If this doesn't last long I'll be sure to add an additional charge for OEM Mopar.
