Review on Avalon Bookings Manager by Ken Reed
User friendly and extremely efficient solution to manage your hotel bookings
I like how easy it was for me as new user who had no computer knowledge at all! It's very intuitive so there were few things which i did not understand but after reading some tutorials online its understandable now!! Nothing really dislike about this software except sometimes when we try adding more users in one team than only 1 person can be assigned with multiple tasks simultaneously (which happens rarely). We are solving our booking problem since last year without any problems faced using AvalonBookManager system because everything works perfectly smoothly from creation/edit till approval process etc.,.
Pros
- Easy to use, Intuitive interface
- Very helpful features such us reporting tools & notifications.
- The best thing is that you don't need much technical skills or experience if your organization has basic understanding what CRM stands For
Cons
- Sometimes due lackluster support staffs , they takes too long time before responding back !
