Wonderful platform and client manager tool

Easy-to use software with great features for managing clients/pets in multiple locations (catteries). The ability do so much from one place! I wish there were more options available as some things are not easy but this can be easily fixed or tweaked into working properly if needed at all times. Great product overall - lotsa room fro improvements / new versions coming out soon too!! Excellent customer service and excellent product

The ease at which I can create new clients or add in past client information as well. It's also easy for me to update with changes/updates from my email notifications. There are some features missing (e.g., no ability to edit existing entries). If it had those functions built-in, then we could see how much easier this would be! Easy and efficient way of managing patient appointments

It's easy enough for me as owner/operator to use without any assistance from my accountant or other staff members.I have been able to successfully update our records with ease. I am still learning all its features but it has made updating so much easier! The only thing i do not like about this software is there are no reports available in the standard version - however they offer upgrades at additional cost. Easy Booking Software that Keeps Track

I love how easy it is to use! It has all my clients information at the click of a button. It also helps me keep track of all my past clients. I have not found anything I dislike about this software so far. If you are looking for something simple to help with your booking needs look no further. I like how easy it was for me as new user who had no computer knowledge at all! It's very intuitive so there were few things which i did not understand but after reading some tutorials online its understandable now!!
