I have used Aisin timing belt kits on my Honda/Acura vehicles for many years with good results. I was surprised to find that the tensioner I installed a few years ago failed after about 50,000 miles. I figured it must have been a fluke because others I've ridden have clocked up over 100,000 miles. I got it from Revain and it is identical to the Aisin tensioner that I removed. Picked up, started the car and no longer knocks! I find that it's a good idea to apply an anti-seize compound to the shim/pulley bolt washer. They are notorious for causing trouble (putting them out) on people. I was able to remove mine easily with a percussion gun because I used nonstick coatings a few years ago when I was doing a complete timing belt service. Don't put it on the threads of the leveling screw, only on the back of the washer of course. Do this and you won't need a massive breaker the next time you need to remove that screw. Much luck!
