Where to start? This pan is one of the best purchases I've made here at Revain! one). I wanted to buy something without chemicals (non-stick coating and other rubbish). But design if this pan offers non-stick properties without coating.2). I wanted something big and sturdy, this pan is sturdy and just the right thickness, but the cooking runs smooth, better than my stainless steel pans.3). The lid is good. When I got this pan I thought oh my god. heavy blanket! But the good thing is that it's heavy and fits well. The steam can't open it because there is a small hole for the steam to escape slowly. The lid handle is classic, I like it.4). The taste of cooked food is great. Just last night I was cooking roasted veggies and everyone has commented that it's at least 5 times tastier than what we tasted cooking in our stainless steel pans.
