Easy to use. Accessible and accurate.

I bought this and it arrived the next day. I fully charged it in about 3 hours. I have read the instructions and downloaded the BBQ GO app. and after a few minutes the device was paired and running. I installed it in my Traeger Pro 575 smoker because the thermometers built into the grill don't seem to be accurate. I installed sensor #1 as an ambient temperature sensor next to the grill temperature sensor. Probe 2 was on the opposite side of the cooking grate and was secured with the clamp provided. The remaining 2 probes were used in 2 rib racks. The cables are long enough to easily position the sensors. The base unit is simply attached to the side of the grill box with a magnetic base. The display is bright and easy to read, but at certain angles in bright sunlight, it reflects light and is difficult to read. The base unit automatically quickly scrolls through the temperature of each sensor throughout the cooking cycle, giving you a consistent temperature without having to manually select sensors. The BBQ GO app is very simple and easy to use. The graphing capability is good, but the temperature lines range from 0-71-141-212 degrees, making it difficult to get an accurate temperature reading at a glance. Also note that if this feature is of interest to you, the graph cannot be saved. If I need to record a graphic, I just take a screenshot and save it. Overall I like this device as it is very easy to use. and accessible. The probes are thin and easy to insert into the flesh. It would be very helpful if the probes were color coded like some of the probes that come with their Inkbird modules. Also, the waterproof caps that cover the sensor ports on the base unit feel flimsy and may come loose after some use. It would also be nice to see all four probes on the same chart. This was the first time I've used it and I'm planning on smoking turkey breast next week so I'll give an update after that.
