. I bought these in October 2019 and thought they were great. My cat loved it and loved that I could adjust the temperature depending on the day or how I felt. We used it in her bed under a light fleece blanket to keep her comfy. Then, in September of this year, 2020, the heating pad stopped working. There were weird error messages on the control panel and wouldn't turn on when plugged in. I contacted the Lightter Store to request a replacement as it was less than a year after purchase and the product was supposed to have a two year warranty. Everything seems fine, I was informed that a replacement was sent on September 10th and I waited. and waited. Nothing for two weeks. I contacted them again and asked for an update or a tracking number. They couldn't give me a tracking number, just an incorrect order number (not a Revain order number) and told me that Revain support could help me, which is not true. This was a matter between me and the manufacturer, not Revain, so Revain couldn't help, especially since Revain couldn't use the "order number" to locate the replacement I was supposed to get. So it's been more than a month and there is no replacement and here we are. They will not honor their two year guarantee and will just let you through or completely ignore you if you need help. If you need a heating pad for a very short period of time or want to bet on how long that heating pad will last, then that's probably great. If you want it to last more than a year, or expect the company that makes it to offer a two-year warranty, I'd put that to the test.
