After coming across other Tuffy toys and reading many reviews on them, I decided to try out the crab with lab with my 8 month old lab-shepherd mix. I saw multiple reviews saying this was the Tuffy toy that held up the longest. My dog had this toy for about 30 minutes before he managed to pull the stuffing out of it. The toy is PACKED with batting. (Luckily, he did not attempt to consume the batting, unlike other toys with fluffier stuffing.) It's been about 48 hours, and he's already torn a big hole in it and removed both squeakers. On the plus side, I haven't had to pick up many little pieces of this toy--even the batting clumped together pretty well-- but overall the toy has not held up the way I expected it to. I don't think I'll be buying this again.
