Bought all three Zippo liners that were released Fall 2019: single and dual butane liners and arc liners. Butanes work great, although as others have said, the lack of a content panel makes me a little nervous. How much fuel do I have left? Is that enough for my long weekend trip? I don't know because they didn't have a fuel window like other butane lighters. Otherwise they are great. My problem is with the arc insert. The instructions say to charge it fully and then press and hold the button for the insert to light up. The first thing I got I could never bring to light. I kept the button pressed, but nothing happened. I sent it back and got a replacement. Same problem! Then I saw somewhere how to double click it to make it work and it did. So the instructions say to just hold down the button, but what you really need to do is click, then click and hold (two button clicks) to trigger the arc. No big deal, just confusing. This is my first arc lighter so maybe they are all like that but from my experience I have no regrets buying the arc insert and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. It will only be in my collection but will most likely not be used.
