The ability for me, as an RN in charge of patient flow at our hospital, is that it's easy enough for anyone who isn't familiar or comfortable using Excel (or similar) can use this without much difficulty! I like how simple everything seems to be - even if you're not familiar with excel/spreadsheets, there are very few steps required before inputting data into your charting tool; all charts have their own tabs where they will automatically populate when creating them.

It would also benefit from being able to copy & paste tables instead of having to manually type information over again every time we make changes. Data entry has been simplified greatly because most things just work right out-of-the box, and any questions are answered within minutes by both customer support team members AND other users via chat function.
