Review on Kitchen machine Kenwood Cooking Chef XL KCL95.004SI by Ada Dymarska

Just super, the product is made wonderfully, very satisfied.

After taking a class in baking in 2022, she became inspired to purchase Cooking Chef. Every time I had such notion, I reminded myself, "Well, why do I need such a serious apparatus, I'm very little, and I cook at home"". This year I made the decision to give it a shot, and I placed the order on November 11; the shipment arrived on November 14. while becoming an expert in the Kenwood app's recipes for things like soups and stews, as well as various types of dough and pastries. The most practical aspect is, of course, the fact that you can, on demand, toss the ingredients into the bowl without having to fear that anything will burn because it interferes and it maintains the temperature itself. This is the most convenient aspect. The fact that it is now much simpler to produce any kind of dough (in the past, I used a bread machine) is a true cause for celebration.

Pros
  • + set with a nice set of nozzles + built-in scales + relatively quiet (compared to even the most basic home blender) + powerful (the bread maker often struggled to keep up with the dense dough) + induction heating
Cons
  • - not at all compact - pricing that is unpleasant - "jumps" when kneading tough dough
