Pretty disappointed. I'm not sure if I received a defective device, but I didn't notice the failure until after the return period had expired. The way it connects to the handle does not provide enough gripping surface as it just snaps onto the handle, only noticed last week that it was a bit loose and when checking the connection a small connection point broke off, which made it unusable. I really hope so, in fact I've only driven my truck about 6 times and haven't even had a chance to lock the grip. I even went so far as to buy a new OEM grip at the same time so both are brand new and will last the life of the truck.
