The process of creating payment invoices is very straight forward which makes it easy in getting my business paid on time without being distracted by having to deal with customer service issues. It can be hard to create payments when you need them or are trying to match up an invoice with a payment due date, but sometimes they do not align well so if you have control over your own invocies then this shouldnt be much of an issue. I've used other software that was more robust than paypal, however the interface didn't always make sense nor did it integrate as seamlessly with our accounting software. We use telpay for two things: 1) Payment Management - Invoice creation/payment reconciliation2) Billing & collections- Payments made from customers after we receive their authorization. I like that the system is very user friendly and has all the tools you need. It is very easy to set up and get started. I dislike that it is not very well known in the US. It is a great system, but I am not sure that it is as well known as other systems that are more popular in the US. We are using it to pay our utilities, credit cards, and our vendors. It has been very easy to set up and is very user friendly.
