The process of creating payment invoices is very straight forward which makes it easy in getting my business paid on time without being distracted by having to deal with customer service issues. It can be hard to create payments when you need them or are trying to match up an invoice with a payment due date, but sometimes they do not align well so if you have control over your own invocies then this shouldnt be much of an issue.
