Poor replacement clasp
I am disappointed with this replacement clasp. First, the handles are not solid (see attached image). Second, the square "driver" pins that come with the kit don't match my door thickness. My door is within the specified range, but the longer pin was still about 3/8" too short. Luckily I was able to get one out of my old lock to get it to work. Third, I need to change the latch. If the When the door closes, it hits the latch, but the latch itself does not retract. To close the door, you need to turn the handle. I do not recommend this product to anyone.
