A great option for this money, I definitely recommend it!
Greatly facilitates the daily work of a confectioner, a powerful one can easily cope with a large amount of work, meringue can be cooked without a water bath, chocolate cannot be tempered, complex sauces can be prepared with continuous mixing, custards can be prepared, dough without problems👍🏻 there is a double boiler, a multicooker mode can even be cooked first second course. I have been using the combine for a year now, there are no overeating, I recommend it to everyone👍🏻
