Pretty good - my new review

It functions really well but instructions are pretty bad. Basically the adjustment side(the one with flat head screws on the side) should be facing the hinge and while it says the arm should be 90 degrees, it causes the door to be fairly difficult to open. I put mine a few more inches offset and it feels so much easier to open without losing its closing ability. My door is light though so follow my way if u want to but if your door is pretty heavy then 90 degrees would be a good idea.
