I decided to try this product after reading all the good reviews. I also read low reviews to make sure I know what to look out for. The main problem people have is that the line is too weak and kinks very easily. This was my problem too. The line was about six feet down the pipe under my kitchen sink when it kinked almost instantly with little to no warning signs. There was only about two inches of play between the pipe hole and the cable attachment point, and I was pretty sure I was working the drill bit slowly (about 1-2 RPM at this point). Apparently that was enough to make him tense. Once that happens, the thing becomes basically useless beyond the breaking point. So now I have a big dirty paperweight. :-/ The cable needs to be a lot stronger for this to be of any real use. If it kinks, the spool will untangle pretty badly, rendering it useless afterwards. The plumber came and used a cable of the same diameter that rotated at twice the speed and had about two feet of slack when he pulled it through with both hands. To be fair, he was also slightly hunched, but the difference was striking: he arched his back in place and kept feeding her. That doesn't happen with this model.
