I have been working with them to migrate my business from an old outdated version of Xpresspay (which was terrible) into their new software which is called ExpressPay Pro! The support has always taken great pride in being able solve any issues that arise as we move along through our transition period together - no matter how big/small they may be!! They are very helpful at solving problems but also understand when something just needs time out before jumping back onboard again once it's solved properly.
