Review on Enhanced Precision and Performance: Victorinox Fibrox Pro 10-Inch Butcher Knife with Granton Edge by Laura Lucero

I'm a butcher and all my knives I currently use are Victorinox but they don't have a Granton blade so I'm replacing them little by little. Victorinox is a great brand that is very commonly used in butcher shops. They can be a bit pricey but have a nice benefit if you make sure they're hardened and get the job done. Their grips leave a lot to be desired and can get a bit slippery if you let them stick together. It turned out that this knife had a different handle than shown in the photo, but actually it's not that important. I didn't buy this knife for the looks, I bought it for work. Haven't used it yet but I'm sure everything will be fine. If not, I will update my review.
