I am very happy with this product for the price. It works very well and is easy to install and use. Build Quality: This unit is very light weight and therefore not as durable as some commercial products, but more than adequate for casual/home use. The case isn't very rigid and can flex a little when trying it on, but the mounting points are very solid and overall I'm happy with the quality of the home device. Installation: The bracket is plastic, but it's more than thick enough to support the hose reel. The bracket needs to be fixed to the wall with the screws provided, but you can use screws with washers if you prefer as the unit is very light. Once the bracket is in place you can line up the spool with the bracket and insert the large aluminum pin. The installation process is very quick if you already have a 4 inch or so diameter section of wood. If not, you'll need to build up a wooden plank by either running 2x6s between the studs or simply placing two 2x4 blocks on either side of the stud (3 total per row). If your walls are already done I would suggest install plywood between the 2 studs and install. and the inside of the drawer) This is a quick process. Simply wrap the threads with Teflon tape about 3-4 times and screw on the supplied connector. Carefully tighten with a wrench. No air will come out. The pullback isn't as strong as I'd like, but it works well enough. You may have to run the hose back to the reel to fully retract it. There is an indexer built in that winds the spool up nicely into a nice spool without tangling. Other comments: I really like that the coil is not in the 90 degree position (protruding vertically from the wall) and you can press it against the wall. Wall to take up less space if you want. Conclusion: For the price I am very satisfied with the product and can only recommend it
