The best part about flocking? It helps to make our lives easier while saving us money as well! We had been using an outdated shipping software that was not up-to date with current market needs, which made it difficult for clients receiving shipments from multiple carriers or having complex requirements (i.,e.; different types of goods). After switching over we realized how much time these issues were costing - both ours AND customers'!! This has helped immensely because now everything runs smoother than ever before thanks specifically due their Customer Success Team's assistance who are always available via chat/call when needed along side some great support tickets they've sent my way so far too. I cannot say enough good things regarding this product & team here at FLOCK FREIGHT. !
