However, once we had that down, it was very intuitive and easy to use. Our account manager was great at guiding us through the initial set up. The training was comprehensive and made sense. It wasn’t difficult to learn how to operate the program. Once we got used to the basic workflow, it was extremely easy to get used to. In fact, we didn’t want to stop using it! One thing that I did find a little frustrating was the lack of consistency in the formatting of documents generated by the program. This can be frustrating if you are generating reports or letters that are supposed to look exactly the same. Other than that, the program was perfect. We were very happy with the overall experience.
