I like that it was simple enought of my colleagues could learn quickly what they needed from this application (it's been used by our department since day one). I like that we can store all of our client data including names, insurance information, etc., as well as their appointments and medical records. The customer service also has been great! Very knowledgeable people to assist when needed. We could not figure out how to upload documents into EMR (Electronic Medical Records). However, once we had that down, it was very intuitive and easy to use. Our account manager was great at guiding us through the initial set up. The training was comprehensive and made sense.
