Router works fine - just like the Westell 6100 I'm replacing I gave it 4 stars because I can't get the full 10MB out of here. The interface shows a downstream speed of 10 Mbps, but when I run a speed test on a computer connected directly to the modem, I only get 8.5 Mbps. Cincinnati Bell decided to charge for using their devices without notice, so I bought these to replace the ones I had from them. CB Customer Service does not support third party modems. So please give them a call if you need this. Below are the steps I took to successfully connect to CB. To connect to Cincinnati Bell:1. Log in to the router: http://192.168.1.12. Click "Quick Start"3 at the top of the interface. Click on "Start wizard"4. Go through the setup: a. Time Zone: Enter your time zone. ISP Connection Type: Dynamic IP c. VPI: 0 VCI: 35 Connection Type: 1483 Bridged IP LLC No username or password required for access.
