Benefits:* Screwdriver feels good in your hand* Ability to shorten work is great for hard-to-reach places* Bits are held in place for use* Comes with a good set Starter bits supplied* The ratchet mechanism is nice and seems to have a good balance between the twist of the handle and the ratchet. Cons: * You really need a screwdriver to take it out of the box. What is this design?* The magnet in the shank is strong enough to hold the bit but doesn't help hold the screw in place.* Bit retention in the handle is terrible. The parts that hold the bits are too small. With continued use, it will definitely break. I removed the stars because of the magnet and bit storage in the handle. Imo they should remove the pen storage, use the money they saved from it and put in a stronger magnet. Then this 3-star driver becomes a 5-star driver.
