The bottom is a slab. Wall This is a block. This bike worked great. It's so aggressive that I had to reduce the pressure applied to avoid rutting the ground. Thanks to the included spacer, it fits perfectly with my Harbor Freight Drill Master angle grinder. WARNING: Concrete grinding produces a HUGE amount of siliceous dust. Not only is it a mess, it's a real health hazard to breathe in this stuff. Please wear a good respirator and put a hood connected to the vacuum cleaner on the grinder. Regent is an additional expense.
