Review on 💻 Optimized Plantronics USB Bluetooth Adapter (BT300-MOC) by Justin Castro

I bought this product as I installed a softphone on my computer for work. I had an existing Plantronics M180 headset for my work device, so I bought this to pair my cell phone and softphone with the same headset. It works great with Avaya Softphone and Microsoft Lync/Skype. My only minor criticisms are that it very rarely momentarily drops the connection and doesn't recognize/tell the computer that a headset isn't connected. So if my headset is off and someone calls, the computer doesn't know how to route it to the computer's speaker/microphone.
