After correct installation, the lock works perfectly. I would advise the seller to include an installation video when sending a thank you email. That would save us a lot of disappointment. However, I like the features of this lock. Being able to set passcodes, send one-time codes, add family and temporary codes is great. I didn't feel like our home was safe when we walked our dogs or went for a jog. Now with the temporary lock feature, we don't have to worry about taking our house keys with us. I love convenience. ************************************************** ************************************************ *************************************************** ****** **** *** I had some problems with the lock which stopped working after about a month. After contacting support, a replacement was sent to me. Everything works great and we still love our castle!
