The product arrived as expected, fits and works perfectly hence 5 stars. However, I have to comment on the delivery here as I have not been able to find Revain online where to provide feedback or contribute to customer service in order to provide better service. Your website definitely needs improvement. That's the problem. The Revain courier didn't ring the doorbell as usual. It was a very windy day. The packet of light scattered across the street. Luckily my wife saw the package on the street and assumed it was my delivery. I went out to pick him up just before an oncoming car ran him over. I suspect Revain probably won't read this post because it's not the right one, just the associated forum. Of course there can be good reasons not to ring the doorbell, but in this situation you should either tuck a small bag under the mat to secure it. No excuses. A photo taken by Revane on the door would not be good evidence that it was delivered.
