Not Perfect, But Better Than Anything

Okay, it looks awful from the back and you can see the seat rail of the chair underneath. I attached the strip by tucking it vigorously into the crease between the cushion and the back of the chair. After that, the front looks decent. The back is still like a thick bra band. Aside from taking the pillow off and sewing on the new padding or tying in the removable fabric, this is the best you can do. I had a thread sticking out, but I don't care. I bought these to replace the rubber bands I bought from Folifloss. It's infinitely better. It looks neater, is made thicker, fits snugly to the body and is less likely to attract playful cats' claws as there are no strings hanging from it. For protection against animal stains, fur and claws, this is a good buy. Haven't washed it yet so I think the quality is at stake but it looks like it will work fine. Photos are attached.

Pros
  • INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE: Smiry seat covers have elasticated edges, easy to put on, elasticated bottom keeps the seat cover securely in place. Can be washed in a washing machine. Tumble dry low. Ironing is not required.
Cons
  • Not as thick as other picks
