The service is very good it helped us get into the market fast as we are not from US but still have strong interest for FDA approval. There were some issues when they tried to charge me extra money which was my mistake so be careful before signing any agreement or contract documents because there can always something wrong about them like scamming you etc! Good customer support if needed just call their office number given after registration/signing up process will solve your problems quickly otherwise email would also work fine.
