I love my new pH pen. So incredibly easy to calibrate, trust me. My last pen had these little screws that needed to be turned. I'm so glad I don't have to mess with this tedious task. Had to send back the first one, it just wanted to calibrate itself without pressing the calibrate button. I got a new spare PH pen a few weeks ago. and she's great again 0 issues with the NEW replacement grip. thanks amazon for the really EASY exchange, the new pen came way too fast if possible. Yes, I was amazed at how quickly the pen arrived. At first I thought it was another order I forgot. Super happy!
