Review on πŸš€ Enhance Engine Performance with Standard Motor Products V500 PCV Valve by Ron Turner

good part. Watch out for a few possible surprises

You might be in for a few surprises! I went with my 2011 Chrysler Town & Country. 1 - This replacement PCV valve only mounts with 2 torx head screws, not 3 like my original. Don't worry, 2 keeps it in place perfectly. And yes, that's the right part. MOPAR made changes to the fuselage and discontinued the 3-bolt version. 2. First of all, contact your dealer if you need a new hose. I did and it was one hell of a surprise. The new 2-hole PCV has a larger nipple than the original part and exits at a different angle. This means you CANNOT use your original hose with this new PCV valve. I also need to buy a new hose (see my review for more tips). Needless to say, learning all this the hard way took me another day when I removed the intake manifold again. Not the end of the world, just a painful inconvenience of the times. I hope this review will save you from such a surprise. The part comes with a new rubber O-ring and otherwise appears to be working as expected. The van didn't give out any codes and I'm glad I saved a few bucks doing it myself by changing the spark plugs and coils. GL with your car project.
