This kit will work just as well as any adhesive based dent remover. Traditional hammer dent removers require you to drill a hole, insert a screw, and pull on the screw. Using an adhesive remover means no holes, but the force isn't that strong so it may not be as effective at removing dents. Your mileage may vary, but in my case the puller worked fine. It took a few tries and a little patience, but I expected that.
