The puller is missing the end piece that catches the glue tabs. It doesn't work with the given data. I want a refund or send the missing part. Well it's a joke.

Fairly easy to use but requires practice, skill and patience to achieve professional results. Glue sticks best with a glue gun set on HIGH and the glue can be easily removed with a microfiber cloth dampened with alcohol.

I have returned this item and now I want a refund because if you look at the photo I took you can see there is no way to remove the protrusion puller to connect. So I sent the first one back and now the replacement is the same. Don't buy this product because it's junk.

This kit will work just as well as any adhesive based dent remover. Traditional hammer dent removers require you to drill a hole, insert a screw, and pull on the screw. Using an adhesive remover means no holes, but the force isn't that strong so it may not be as effective at removing dents. Your mileage may vary, but in my case the puller worked fine. It took a few tries and a little patience, but I expected that.

After watching some demo videos online I was able to use this kit to repair a very large (about 8") unsightly dent in the door panel of my 2014 Jetta. I bought this while trying to remove a small one inch dent on my Harley Davison motorcycle tank. Keep in mind that Harley-Davidson tanks in particular are made of very thick steel.
