What a disappointment! Not only did the bungee break within 3 months - the seller never emailed me back after I contacted them about poor quality. Very unprofessional and disappointing experience and product! I would give "0" (zero) stars if the option was available!

They seemed very good at first and I was impressed but the tires on almost ALL broke within a month. Don't waste time with them. UPDATE: JUNE 19, 2016 Did I mention this is a complete FRIEND?!? A few months later they literally disintegrate and fall off my dome. They are definitely NOT suitable for outdoor use.

Some of them were almost completely inelastic. They just didn't stretch more than a few millimeters. Most of them stretched a bit, maybe 15 percent; but this compares very poorly to other ball cords I've used that stretch to at least +50% of their relaxed length. And here's the trick: after some stretching, they become inelastic. waste of money.

The material of the bungee is virtually NO strength, NO UV resistance. It's seriously a matter of weeks before it will deteriorate, fail and need replacing, even in the shade of trees and without much stretching/stress. I swap them out for tied paracord, which is less convenient but will last at least a season (or two). Everything is fine with plastic balls, now we need to come up with some use for them.

Finally found time to come back and post a review. I put them on a tarp over firewood with a metal frame in the form of a canopy. So many spots to tie a tarp. So I bought a big bag. Almost from the start they crack/break off. It is possible to change one pair per month. Last month we had a little gust of wind and about 3/4 of all the rubber pieces broke. If you have a short-term need, they will work. If you want them to work for more than a few months, it's not the best investment.

These balls were delivered on August 12th; Today, October 10th is less than two months away. I used Ball Bungies to attach a parasol to my Northern California gazebo. More than 50% of the balls fell out. It looks like the nylon webbing over the rubber won't stand up to a few months of UV exposure in the sun. I can grab the cords and they snap in my hands without much effort. Absolutely useless. As another reviewer once said, they don't hold up to long-term use.

Excellent for tying lengths of rope or electrical cable, including hoses. The price was great, they arrived quickly and there are so many of them. Wow! That's the best part. But there is a problem. Keep that in mind if you've never bought any of these before. They come in a variety of sizes and I guessed the size I needed and bought 6 inch bungee cords. 6 inches is only good for small loops of something.
