I needed something for my bathroom tiles. This was not helpful. It was sticky and now turned yellow. It is working great! But it does have a rubbery feel to it. Since am renting I don't really care, I was just sick of seeing the mold on my bathroom tiles and this works well for the time being. But turning yellow? That's not kool!

never opened can. was shipped in a padded envelope. Was not not leaking, but side had multiple dents one large. bottom rim dented. If I would have opened can would have collapsed when I went to reseal.

I've used this to seal gutters and a roof flashing , as well as for an emergency repair on some rotted wood. As with anything that needs to be applied, the surface has to be clean and dry.We had a leaky window sill on the shed - it would be a major project to replace, and well, it's the shed.
