Works and looks good. I hooked it up to a B&M Trans oil cooler and noticed a noticeable temperature drop. You will need to trim the sump gear mount slightly to clear the bit. In general I am very satisfied with the product.

Bought a year ago and didn't find time to fit it. I finally put it on and it doesn't give me +10 points! I had to unscrew the gear mount and lift the back to screw on the back of the new pan, but no big deal. I'm glad I did and that it will help keep it cool and more hydrated.

This transfer tray is great. I installed it on my 97 Burb and it works great. I had to remove and slide the crossmember bolts back until I had the oil pan installed and then reinstall them, but I take that inconvenience as extra fluid and better cooling compared to stock. This pan looks good, but appearances are often deceiving. This pan actually holds more liquid than the OEM pan, but that's where the good stuff ends for me. First, the pallet doesn't fit between the cross member and the gearbox. I had to add shims to the gear mount to raise the gear about a quarter of an inch. Then comes the location of the drain plug. I fitted this to my 97 k2500 6.5 diesel with 4l80e. I chose a B&M pan because it had an alum extension tube for the filter in addition to a clip to keep the filter from flying out. I think the original pan is 3 liters and this one is 6 liters. At the same time, I decided to install a temperature sensor. I would have tapped the pan for the temperature sensor.
