Works perfectly. Note that T3983001 is the only number you need to worry about matching. The bottom number appears to be the batch number or something. As I had already replaced one of these modules under the dash I decided to replace the other one (on the passenger side) so I ordered two of these modules. Bought a used 2011 GMC Acadia. A used car has two problems with the air conditioning on the passenger side.
