Five stars for the rack and pinion

Fits perfectly on my 2002 Dodge Dakota. Improved design over the originals, so don't be discouraged if they look different.

They appear to be quality parts. Not me .

These appear to be quality parts. I haven't used them because the entire rack has to be removed to install and I don't know how to do that. If you're going to do this job, you'll need four jacks, not two.

Not best suited for steering system

I gave 4 stars because at least they didn't turn out to be defective, I checked them and thought they might fit haven't even tried to install. I was trying to find a bushing for a 2007 Jeep Liberty Sport 4x4 and apparently they are sold with the rack and pinion only, find out!

Can be installed without removing the entire rack assembly.

So far so good. No more noise and vibration. I was able to install this bushing fairly quickly without removing the entire rack and pinion. Jack up the vehicle, remove the wheels, remove the ball joints from the outer tie rod ends, remove the front anti-roll bar, loosen the coupling rods, and loosen the two strut mounting screws. and equipment. Move the rack and pinion until you can access the floor where you will press the new bushing in. Apply some silicone grease to the bushing and screw it…
