    By no means are they the same as OEM.

    They were the same height (uninstalled) as my 125,000 mile stock. Softer, smaller diameter steel than standard. Booth to make the rear end stiffer for towing made it worse. I would give them back but don't want to switch again and be without a car for a week.

    04 Chevrolet Tahoe Raised 3 inches

    It's a hassle to take off the old ones. pain to put them on. But the difference is day and night. Handling is better, more balanced and less spongy in corners. However, this took my rear rake look that I had and raised the rear end by about 3 inches. It's probably about an inch more now than stock.

    Added better height to shocks, struts and suspension

    I installed them on my 05 Denali to help tow a car trailer. I also installed overdrive dampers and ned sway bars since they were off. I added 2 inches to my ride which is a little stiffer than I wanted but hopefully they will loosen up a bit when hanging from a 20ft 06 freestyle trailer and it sits flat. Excellent investment!

    Great springs for the price

    I have a 2000 Chevy Suburban that I use all the time to tow a 16 foot UTV trailer loaded with about 7 people including our stuff and our SUV on the trailer. Even with new shocks, I would get about 2 inches of sag. After purchasing and installing these heavy duty springs, I noticed a huge difference in towing. Definitely helps eliminate sag as the spring is about 2 coils taller than the stocks. This also makes the rear ride height slightly higher than stock.
