Easy to replace. Thanks to Saturn's excellent engineering, there is no need to remove tires. Two screws secure the shock mount to the body. Just unscrew both screws and one from below. Once removed, simply move the top mounting bracket onto the new damper. Took me about 10 minutes per side.

I bought 2 rear shock absorbers in January 2020 and replaced them myself, after 10 months they make annoying noises with every bump. I felt better with the old shock absorbers, now I will replace them with 560-600 oem. They are also made in Mexico, OEMs in the US. I also removed the shock to check, it has good compression but makes a vibrating noise as it is recompressed each time. Do not buy

Part goes great with my 2009 Saturn Aura. It came with bushings and brackets that I didn't need for my application. They were installed at the back.
