    high quality suitable for sports

    this is my third set, need I say more? OK, I will. When I return to my bike, I want the whole bike to be there. This company makes a product to protect other bolts on your bike. I look forward to Amazon selling them soon.

    Requires a special seat post clamp! No instructions

    The seat post clamp requires a separate special clamp. So when I tried to fit the seat clamp to my standard clamp, it got stuck and I had to remove the clamp and bend it beyond repair to unlock it! Revain doesn't even sell a dedicated clip, and no instruction manual is included. Very confusing.

    no cable lock through the wheels (which are pretty easy to cut anyway)

    I bought these for a Ritchey TI CX that I use on the road. I wanted something that would secure the major components to my bike without having to lock the cable through the wheels (which are pretty easy to cut anyway). Installation went smoothly. I have used it on trips when I locked my bike and had no problems. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 was because the stem cover didn't fit my steering column. Insert diameter was too large.     Great axle locks for cycling

    I love these things. The lock itself works great, I've never had an axle slip or anything like that after driving hundreds of miles on all sorts of urban and rural sidewalks. These locks are the most aerodynamic and lightest I have ever seen purchased and in my experience they work reliably. I've left my bike outside for several hours in urban areas of Minneapolis with no problem. Although Minneapolis isn't San Francisco or New York, bike thefts certainly do happen.
